For Leaders

Three ways to work with me.

Our flagship

The Loop Leadership Development Programme

A high-trust, high-accountability space for leaders who want to achieve their goals, bring their people with them, and get better at the hardest human moments of leadership.

You bring the live conversations, team dynamics and pressure moments you are actually navigating. Claire teaches the frame, models weaker and stronger responses, and helps you practise until the way you want to lead starts to become the way you actually do.

From there you reflect, refine and build conversation anchors you can use in real life, with ongoing support through Q&A, office hours, curated resources, live events and a community of leaders doing the same work.

How each month works

1

Bring a real situation

Start with the conversation, team dynamic or pressure point you are actually navigating right now.

2

See it more clearly

Claire teaches the frame, models weaker and stronger responses, and works through what changes depending on the person, the context and the goal.

3

Practise and refine

Build your conversation anchors, test different approaches, and strengthen the response before the moment matters most.

4

Take it back, then return

Use it in real life, reflect on what worked, and come back sharper with Claire's feedback, Q&A, office hours and the next layer of practice.

Across the year, members move through a rolling arc of live sessions, reflection, office hours, curated reading, community conversation and live events.

Self-directed

The "Respond" Practice Tool

A self-directed way to prepare for difficult conversations, rehearse your response, and build conversation anchors over time.

This is for leaders who want something they can use independently, both in the moment and over time. The tool is designed to help you prepare for a difficult conversation, practise different ways of responding, reflect on what changes, and build a bank of conversation anchors you can return to in real life.

It is there to help you sharpen your judgement, not replace it. It gives you a way to rehearse before the pressure is live, and to keep developing your response through repeated use.

*

What it helps with

  • Preparing for one difficult conversation
  • Trying out different responses
  • Refining your language
  • Thinking through different personas and likely reactions
  • Building conversation anchors you can use again

It gives you a way to rehearse before the pressure is live, and to keep developing your response through repeated use.

Respond, with Claire

One to One Coaching

Direct support for leaders working through pressure, feedback, conflict and the human side of change.

This is for the leader who wants live support around a real situation, whether that is a difficult conversation, a tense team dynamic, or a pattern they can feel in how they show up under pressure.

The focus is practical and specific, so that what you leave with is not just insight, but something you can actually access when it matters.

  • Support around a live issue, right now
  • Tailored, direct input from Claire
  • Practical help with a difficult moment
  • A more personal route than the programme or tool
