What the loop is

Most leadership programmes teach you what good looks like. The Loop is built around getting you to be able to do it, specifically in the moments when it matters most and is hardest to access.

Each month works through one scenario or skill that leaders find genuinely difficult. Giving feedback that actually lands. Managing poor performance without losing the room. Staying regulated when someone pushes back. The Loop uses deliberate practice, modelling and real conversation, not slides, not theory, not abstract frameworks you cannot access when the pressure is live.

It runs as a rolling 12-month programme, with a consistent community working through the same arc together. You bring the situations you are actually navigating. Claire teaches the frame, models it, and helps you practise until the response you want starts to become the one you actually use.
